Please try the following:
- Quit the app and reopen it.
- Restart your phone or tablet.
- Uninstall and reinstall your app.
- Make sure your app version is up to date.
- Make sure your device OS software is up to date.
- Check your internet connection and internet speed.
- Go to www.speedtest.net/. You need a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps.
- Reset your internet router and modem.
- Try toggling between Wi-Fi and data connection.
- Close out of other devices that may be taking up internet bandwidth.
- Clear the cache on your device.
